Order shipments are dispatched from Monday – Friday from 9.30 - 5pm (CET) with DHL(EU). Orders are sent the first business day after order placement, once merchandise is confirmed and payments are verified. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days.
ANNA SARO EURL shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
Shipments within the EU with DHL:
Euro 20.00 (from 1 -3 items).
Euro 30.00 (greater than 3 items).
Shipment Extra UE
All the shipments are made with our favorite forwarder (DHL), the prices include: shipping costs, duty costs and other taxes the client doesn’t have to pay any other additional costs (Duty Delivery Paid)
When the order is shipped, clients receive an email from ANNA SARO EURL specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. We remind clients to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Customer Care firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, etc.) as per the ANNA SARO EURL commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the client's expense. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
