Return Policy
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 business days for a refund. Returns are processed for a refund of the value of the returned merchandise only. Return shipment is free.

In case of restitution, first of all please get in contact with our customer service (info@maisonpassage.com), we are going to refund the amount deducting the shipping and duty costs.

Return Terms and Conditions
ANNA SARO EURL reserves the right to accept returns that adhere to the following terms and conditions only:
Return requests must be sent by email to info@maisonpassage.com as indicated above.
All original tags must be intact including the Maison Passage product care tags.
Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Item(s) must be in the same condition as sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
Returns must be packaged in the Maison Passage box or in any box deemed adequate to protect the items during shipment.
Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the RAN (Return Authorization Number Email confirmation from Customer Care.
Merchandise must be returned from the same country as the original shipment.
ANNA SARO EURL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the client's expense.
Refunds
The refund amount corresponds to the value of the merchandise. Please allow up to three business days for product inspection and refund request. Clients receive a confirmation email the day the return is processed and the refund is requested.
